Christmas Can Never Come too Early

Last weekend might have been a bit early to celebrate Christmas by some people's standards. (And if you're wondering why we do it this way you can have a quick peek here).

In fact we did have to call the man who owned the tree lot and make a special request for him to open his gates so that we could find and chop down a tree.

But it was cold, and when "Let it Snow" came on it actually started snowing a bit. And then there was the turkey, the stuffing and the Christmas carols.

And of course the awkward family conversations, family politics and things that make you realize it's a good thing you're related ;)

So if it looks like Christmas, and it tastes like Christmas, and it feels like Christmas - is it Christmas?

Almost. Not quite, but we made do.
